Before you start

• By proceeding to the survey you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

• I understand that submitting this survey is voluntary and that I can withdraw my consent at any time by contacting Coupleroom Team at [email protected].

• A link to these Terms & Conditions is available at the beginning and the end of the survey. Please read them before starting.

• The survey is open to all registered Coupleroom users with an active account.

• One response per account. Duplicate submissions will be disqualified from the reward.

• To receive the free month, all questions must be answered, including the open-text ones. Skipping them or providing gibberish answers (e.g. „asdfgh”, „nnn”, „idk”) disqualifies the reward. Open-text answers must contain a minimum of 15 characters each, excluding spaces, to qualify. The only exception is questions marked as “Optional”, skipping those questions will not affect your submission.

• Any response completed in under 90 seconds will be flagged for manual review and may be disqualified.

• The survey is open until July 23. Responses submitted after this date are not eligible for the reward.

• By completing the survey, you agree that your anonymized responses may be used by Coupleroom for product and marketing research purposes.

Reward & eligibility

• To receive your reward, you must provide the email address associated with your Coupleroom account. If you are not sure what that e-mail is, you can find your email address under the Profile tab in the app (look at the bottom of the page).

• This email will only be used to credit your reward; it will not be used for any marketing communications without your consent.

• If an incorrect or unrecognized email address is provided, Coupleroom reserves the right to withhold the reward, as we will have no way to identify or credit the account.

• The free month will be credited to your account within 7 days of the survey submission.

• Free users will receive 1 month of Coupleroom Premium at no charge.

• Premium users will receive their current subscription extended by 30 days.

• The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

Connected accounts & couples

Quick summary: 

Only one partner completes it → 1 month for free. 

Both partners complete the survey with connected accounts → 2 months added to the host account. 

Both complete it with unconnected accounts → 1 month each, no stacking after connecting later.

1 month free premium (for free accounts) / 1 month extension (for premium accounts)  will always be added to the host account. 

Host account = the one who has invited the other person to join and generated the code.

• If you and your partner have a connected account and only one of you completes the survey, the free month will be credited to the host account. We will verify the connection based on the email provided and apply the reward accordingly.

• If both partners complete the survey and have connected accounts at the time of submission, both responses will be counted, and the host account will receive a total of 2 months added to the subscription.

• If both partners complete the survey but their accounts are not connected at the time of submission, each person will receive 1 month credited to their individual accounts. These rewards do not combine or stack upon connecting accounts later — only accounts that are already connected at the time of completing the survey are eligible for the 2-month reward.
